Agenda Notes
- The meeting opened at 12:05 as Aimee McNeil welcomed Chamber Members.

Discussion Points
- Easter Egg Hunt: Thank you to everyone who participated.
- Scholarship Applications: Applications are open now with a deadline of Tuesday, April 30th.
- Golf Tournament (May 8th):
- Schedule: Check-in at 7:30 am, Breakfast at 8 am, Shotgun start at 9 am.
- Hole Sponsors: Must be at their holes by 8:45 am.
- Availability: Hole sponsorships and team spots are still available.
- Tri-School Golf Tournament: Request for teams or hole sponsorships ASAP.
- Pancake Breakfast (May 11th):
- Location: South side of the Youth Center (west of the library).
- Staffing: 10-12 people needed for setup, cooking, and cleanup.
- Schedule: Served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am; will not conflict with the race.
- Promotion: Signage will be sent out for members to send to clients and customers.
- Purpose: Proceeds go toward the scholarship program.
Action Items
- Scholarship Applications: Complete and submit by the deadline of Tuesday, April 30th.
- Hole Sponsors: Report to assigned holes by 8:45 am on May 8th.
- Golf Tournament Registration: Contact the Chamber ASAP if interested in a golf team or hole sponsorship for the Tri-School Golf Tournament.
- Pancake Breakfast Volunteers: 10-12 people needed to assist with setup, cooking, and cleanup on May 11th.
- Pancake Breakfast Promotion: Members to distribute provided signage to clients and customers.
