Helping Scouts with Eagle Scout project (eyeglass cleaning/testing). Participating in Smithfield’s Day of Service (April 30) testing eyeglasses and making beds with Sleep In Heavenly Peace. Blue Sox baseball starts in April; running concession stand fundraiser (Lion Pups and double cheeseburgers). Seeking new members.
Trudy Wilson Birch Creek Elementary Parent/Teacher conferences recently completed. Leadership and Learning Day scheduled for May 3rd.

Kim and Jim Tippetts Not stated Leaving the country in May. Helping with Night of Giving. Missionary farewell is April 28th at 9 am at Northwest Chapel in Hyde Park (480 N 100 W).

  • Membership: Window clings are available for members.
  • Newsletters: The March Newsletter is currently out. The April Newsletter will advertise the Golf Tournament and Pancake Breakfast.
  • Advertising: Ads in the April newsletter cost $100 and include placement on the flier and social media.
  • Pancake Breakfast: Scheduled for Saturday, May 11th, 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM. It will not conflict with the race this year. Proceeds benefit the scholarship program.

  • Email Updates: Members should provide updated email addresses if necessary.
  • Easter Egg Hunt (March 30th): Members should bring a table, prizes, and signage. Setup begins at 8:00 AM.
  • Tri-School Golf Tournament (May 8th): Members requested to notify the Chamber ASAP regarding golf teams or hole sponsorships.
  • Pancake Breakfast (May 11th): Volunteers are needed for the event.
  • Chamber Scholarships: Applications open April 1st; members/public should check the website for applications.
