Those Selected Will Receive A Cashier’s Check So It May Help Pay for Books, Equipment, etc.
The Greater Smithfield Chamber of Commerce Scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior(s) and/or current college student(s) who best meet the requirements set forth by the Scholarship Committee. Award amounts are at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
The Selection Committee will review and score all submitted applications. The scholarship recipient(s) will be notified by May 20, 2024.
All applications and supporting documents must be received no later than April 30, 2024.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- All questions must be answered. Incomplete applications will be disqualified. Please use
N/A to indicate if you are unable to answer. Leave no blanks.
- Attach additional sheets as needed in order to completely answer any questions.
- Applications must include the following:

▪ One letter of recommendation, including contact information
▪ A copy of your most recent high school or college transcript

- Successful applicants will be notified on or before May 20, 2024. Interviews may be
